REDtone Digital Bhd's subsidiary, Redtone Engineering & Network Services Sdn Bhd (RENS), has been awarded a 60-month MyGovUC 3.0 contract by Malaysian Administrative Modernisation And Management Planning Unit (MAMPU), valued at approximately RM398.1 million.
The contract covers unified communications, including email, calendar, conferencing, chat services, directory management, and user training, among other services.
The award is effective from February 1, 2024, and is expected to positively impact REDtone's future earnings.
The contract will not affect REDtone's share capital, substantial shareholders' holdings, or have a material effect on net assets, earnings, and gearing for the current financial year.
No conflicts of interest are reported among REDtone's directors, major shareholders, or related parties in relation to the contract.
