(“Alliancom” for short) held by Yang Zhen and Beijing Anchaintong Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Anlink”) in cash.

In order to deepen the company's layout in the AI computing power industry and achieve the company's strategic development goals, the company plans to sign an “Intent Agreement on the Equity Acquisition Intent of Beijing Allianz Technology Co., Ltd.” with Allianz shareholders Yang Zhen and Anlink to acquire Yang Zhen and Anlink in cash to hold 100% of Alliancom's shares.
