On February 19, Gelonghui Co., Ltd. (603755.SH) announced that it has received a “Notice Letter on Signing a Share Transfer Agreement” from the controlling shareholder Qingdao Boya and the actual controller Zhang Huajun. On February 8, 2024, Qingdao Boya and Zhang Huajun, the actual controller of the company, signed the “Share Transfer Agreement between Qingdao Boya Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. and Zhang Huajun on Qingdao Richen Food Co., Ltd.”. Qingdao Boya plans to transfer 2,000,000 shares of the company's shares (2.03% of the company's total share capital) to Zhang Huajun. Zhang Huajun holds 95% of Qingdao Boya's shares. This equity change is a transfer of shares by the controlling shareholder under the same control, and does not involve increasing or reducing the company's shares to the market.
