Gelonghui, Feb. 28 | Huachangda (300278.SZ) announced that Hubei Dimaiwei Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (“Hubei Dimaiwei”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has signed 4 intelligent transportation production line contracts with customer T. The contract amounts (excluding tax) were US$809.589 million, US$688,500, US$4.292,600, and US$6.66,500, respectively, for a total amount of US$25.94.49 million (tax included).
Shanghai Demeke Automobile Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Demeco” for short), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed 2 car body intelligent body production line contracts with customer B. The contract amounts (tax included) were RMB 119 million and RMB 103 million respectively, for a total amount of RMB 222.9 million (tax included).
The total amount of the above sales contracts, including tax, is 433.9 million yuan. They are all routine operating contracts and do not involve related transactions. The company and its subsidiaries have already carried out internal approval procedures for the signing of the contracts.
