(600455.SH) announced that the company originally intended to purchase 55% of the shares of Shaanxi Yuteng Energy & Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and raise supporting capital through non-public issuance of shares and cash payment. Since the commencement of this major asset restructuring, the company and related parties have actively promoted all tasks involved in this transaction and fulfilled their information disclosure obligations in strict accordance with relevant regulations. Considering the impact of factors such as recent changes in the external securities market environment, in order to effectively protect the interests of listed companies and investors, after careful research and agreement with the counterparty, it is proposed to decide to terminate this major asset restructuring and apply to the Shanghai Stock Exchange to withdraw the application documents related to this major asset restructuring.
