According to the Zhitong Finance App, Dongwon Renzhi Service (02352) announced that the group expects to make a profit of about RMB 20-25 million in 2023, and approximately RMB 92 million in 2022.
According to the announcement, the decrease in expected profit is mainly due to a decrease in the Group's gross profit for the year, due to the increase in the number of Group employees and the corresponding increase in costs to ensure the provision of quality services to Group customers due to the expansion of the Group's business scale; and the budget reduction of some of the Group's customers due to the unfavorable macroeconomic environment, which affected the Group's gross profit margin; and due to policy, the one-time government subsidy obtained by the Group for the year ended December 31, 2022 could not be obtained again this year.
