Thriven Global Bhd's sub-subsidiary, Golden Cignet Sdn Bhd, plans to dispose of four properties in Kulim, Kedah to Resource Star Sdn Bhd for RM22 million.
The move aims to unlock the landbank's value, enhance cash flow, and is expected to yield an estimated profit of RM12.7 million.
The completion of the property disposal is anticipated within 18 months from the sale and purchase agreements' date.
