On the evening of March 10, Suzhou Longjie announced that it plans to issue no more than 21.2766 million shares to specific targets, no more than 30% of the company's total share capital before issuance, and that the total amount of capital raised will not exceed 120 million yuan.

In terms of capital use, after deducting the issuance fee, it will be used for high-end differentiated polyester fiber construction projects.

On the morning of March 11, Suzhou Longjie issued another announcement, sayingTerminate the issuance of shares to specific targets, and apply to the Shanghai Stock Exchange to withdraw the relevant application documents.

Regarding the reason for the termination of the fixed increase, Suzhou Longjie said that after thorough communication and careful analysis by the company's board of directors and management, the company decided to stop issuing shares to specific targets.

The announcement also specifically stated that at present, the company's production and operation are all normal. The termination of the issuance of shares to specific targets will not have a significant impact on the company's normal production and operation, and there are no circumstances that harm the interests of the company and all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders.

The fixed increase price is clearly low

It is worth noting that the actual controllers of Suzhou Longjie are Xi Wenjie and Xi Liang. The two have a father-daughter relationship.

The target of this increase is Zou Kaidong. Zou Kaidong is Xi Liang's spouse and collaborator. At the same time, he is also the director and general manager of Suzhou Longjie.

Currently, Xi Wenjie and Xi Liang directly hold 3.18% and 3.18% of the company's shares respectively, and hold 51.82% of the shares through the controlling shareholder Long Jie Investment. The two directly and indirectly hold a total of 58.19% of Suzhou Longjie's shares.

If Zou Kaidong subscribes for additional shares at the above limit, the above three people will hold a total of 61.93% of the company's shares.

Moreover, the subscription price for the fixed increase is 5.64 yuan/share, which is significantly lower than the current stock price.

Last Friday, Suzhou Longjie closed 7.81 yuan/share; at the close of today's session, Suzhou Longjie recently reported 7.75 yuan/share, with a total market value of 1,677 billion yuan.

At the time of the previous IPO, the issue price of Suzhou Longjie was 19.44 yuan/share.

Due to the relationship between Zou Kaidong and the actual controller of the company, and the low fixed increase price, investors questioned it.

In response, Suzhou Longjie said,There are no situations where a guaranteed income guarantee or disguised guarantee of proceeds is made to the issuer, or financial support or compensation is provided to the issuer directly or through a stakeholder.

In terms of performance, Suzhou Longjie's performance was good before and in the year it went public (2019), but the situation took a sharp turn in 2020.

From 2017 to 2019, net profit attributable to mother was 135 million yuan, 154 million yuan, and 168 million yuan, respectively. In 2020 and 2021, net profit to mother declined to 35.8 million yuan and 36.94 million yuan, respectively.

In 2022, Suzhou Longjie even experienced a loss in performance, with a net profit loss of 50.4066 million yuan to mother.

In 2023, Suzhou Longjie also predicted that net profit to mother would be 14.2 million yuan to 17.2 million yuan, turning a loss into a profit.
