According to the Zhitong Finance App, Guanzhong Real Estate (00193) issued an announcement. It is expected that the Group will obtain a profit attributable to the company owner of not less than HK$5 million during the six-month period ending January 31, 2024, and a loss attributable to the company owner of HK$9.8 million during the six-month period ending January 30, 2023.
The announcement stated that the loss turned into a profit, mainly due to increased revenue from the Group's hotel business and property sales; and the profit attributable to a joint venture company exceeded HK$7 million, compared with a loss due of HK$4.4 million for the same period of the previous fiscal year.
