Gelonghui, March 18, 丨 Chuhuan Technology (001336.SZ) announced that the company held the 13th meeting of the 2nd board of directors and the 11th meeting of the 2nd board of supervisors on March 18, 2024 to review and pass the “Proposal on the Extension of Partial Fund-raising Projects”, and agreed that the time for the company's initial public stock raising capital raising investment project “Exhaust Gas Treatment Equipment Series Product Production Line Project” (“Exhaust Gas Treatment Project” for short) to reach the scheduled state March 20, 2024 was extended to September 20, 2025, and the time for the “Technology R&D Center and Information Collaboration Platform Construction Project” (“Collaborative Platform Project”) to reach the scheduled state of use was extended from April 12, 2024 to October 12, 2025.
