Singapore shares finished in the positive zone on Thursday, following mixed results in global markets.
During the day, the benchmark Singapore Strait Times Index ranged between 3,191.79 and 3,229.07, ending 1.35% or 42.89 points higher at 3,220.37.
In company news, shares of Frasers Centrepoint Trust (SGX:J69U) were up 1% after its trustee secured a SG$155 million revolving credit facility from OCBC (SGX:O39).
Union Gas' (SGX:1F2) shares closed 1% higher after the fuel products provider outlined plans to offer electric vehicle charging products with Hong Kong-based charging products provider Deltrix.
Meanwhile, GSS Energy's (SGX:41F) wholly owned subsidiary, Giken Sakata, and Wise Ally Holdings (HKG:9918) have agreed to form a joint venture that will engage in electronic manufacturing services.
