Gelonghui March 22丨Huabao Xinneng (301327.SZ) announced that the company (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Huabao Xinneng”) held the 3rd meeting of the 3rd board of directors and the 3rd meeting of the 3rd board of supervisors on March 22, 2024 to review and pass the “Proposal on Using Part of the Overraised Capital to Build New Projects”. In order to give full play to the efficiency of the use of capital raised and enhance the company's R&D strength, according to the company's actual situation and strategic development goals, the company plans to use some of the overraised funds raised in the initial public offering of shares for full-scenario smart home optical storage and green electricity systems R & D projects.
The total planned investment for this project is RMB 297.1903 million, including site leasing costs of RMB 9.032,000, equipment purchase costs of RMB 15.6194 million, R&D expenses of RMB 258.3878 million, and project preparation costs of RMB 14.151,900. Among them, R&D expenses include: cooperative development costs 200 million yuan, intellectual property costs 70 million yuan, R & D personnel remuneration costs 19.37466 million yuan, and testing and certification costs 55.612 million yuan. It is planned to use all of the overfunded funds to invest in the project.
Through this project, the company plans to establish a new full-scene smart home optical storage green power system R&D project in Room 08 on the 19th floor of Jiaanda Building, Longhua District, Shenzhen, and the 4th floor of Unit 1, Building 2 of Hongchuang Technology Center, to carry out research and development work on topics such as “research and development of energy storage batteries and battery management systems”, “cloud platform research and development”, and “intelligent IOT equipment research and development”.
