According to the Zhitong Finance App, Easy Communications Group (08031) announced its 2023 results, with revenue of approximately HK$787.19 million, a year-on-year decrease of about 8.6%. Losses attributable to company owners were approximately HK$7.922 million, a year-on-year decrease of about 15%. The loss per share was HK2.8 cents.
According to the announcement, the losses were mainly due to confirmed actual interest expenses on convertible bonds, loss of fair value of derivatives embedded in convertible bonds, and anticipated credit losses.
