Compared with the net profit of approximately RMB 52.7 million for the year ended December 31, 2022, the group expects to achieve a net profit of approximately RMB 10 million to RMB 13 million for the year ended December 31, 2023 (reporting period).
According to the announcement, taking into account the unfavorable economic and business environment during the reporting period (especially in the second half of 2023), the decline in net profit was mainly due to the combined effects of the following factors: the Group focused on expanding the market share of brand and channel customers and improving the overall digital transformation, while investing more human resources to implement its development strategy and market layout. This led to a sharp rise in employee costs, leading to a sharp increase in service costs; and brand and channel customers downgraded their investment in offline marketing and promotion, causing the Group's profit space to be greatly squeezed.
