(“Hong Kong Subsidiary”) as the main investor and use no more than SGD 10,000 (Singapore currency) of its own capital to invest abroad. At the same time, the company's management is authorized to handle the business registration and other related tasks of Singapore companies in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations.
