On March 26, Ge Longhui Communications (688618.SH) released its 2023 annual report. During the reporting period, it achieved operating income of 439 million yuan, an increase of 30.90%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 109 million yuan, up 13.77% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 94.5702 million yuan, an increase of 25.90% year on year; and basic earnings per share were 1.46 yuan.
The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 5.2 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders. It is proposed to transfer 4.8 shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders using the capital reserve fund.
