According to the Zhitong Finance App, Times Global Group (02310) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved continuous operating income of HK$102 million during the period, an increase of 5.73%; losses attributable to shareholders were HK$8.29 million, a year-on-year decrease of 70.76%; and a basic loss of 0.76 HK cents per share.
According to the announcement, the increase in revenue from continuing operations is mainly due to increased revenue from property management. The revenue from hotel operations and restaurant management also changed positively in fiscal year 2023.
