Profit attributable to company owners is approximately RMB 20.4 million (year ended December 31, 2022: approximately RMB 24.3 million). Basic earnings per share were approximately RMB 5.4 cents (year ended December 31, 2022: approximately RMB 6.5). The Board does not recommend payment of a final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2023.
