Gelonghui, March 29 | Wenzhou Hongfeng (300283.SZ) announced that on March 29, 2024, the company signed an “Letter of Intent” with Wenzhou State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. (“Wenzhou SDIC”), Wenzhou SDIC Equity Investment Fund Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Hongfeng Copper Foil Co., Ltd. (“Hongfeng Copper Foil”), a subsidiary of Wenzhou Hongfeng Holdings. Wenzhou SDIC plans to invest no more than RMB 50 million in Hongfeng Copper Foil through capital increase and share expansion.
As a strong chain and chain repair project in Wenzhou's NEV lithium battery industry chain, introducing strategic investors with state-owned capital is conducive to giving full play to their respective advantages, sharing resources and complementing each other's advantages, and contributing to the high-quality development of Wenzhou's NEV industry.
