Currently, the Jiangsu Precision Casting Technical Team consists of members of the High Temperature Material Precision Casting Research Team of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, high-tech talents from the domestic and foreign aero engine manufacturing industry, and social management talents. Jiangsu Precision Casting and Shanghai Jiao Tong University formed a multi-disciplinary technical team for materials, manufacturing, and testing. The team leaders and main researchers are all research backbone of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University High Temperature Material Precision Casting Engineering Laboratory (Shanghai Key Laboratory for Advanced High Temperature Materials and Precision Molding). Many have been selected for national or provincial talent programs to hold national industry experts and academic positions.

Jiangsu Precision Casting has manufacturing capabilities for large-scale complex thin-walled high-temperature alloy precision castings such as aero engine turbine rear chassis. Relying on cooperation with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, it has developed a number of technical patents related to large-scale complex thin-wall castings of aero engine superalloys, including 24 authorized invention patents and 12 utility models, participated in 2 national standard preparation, 6 industry group standards preparation, and undertook 3 provincial and municipal scientific research projects.

The company has established a complete technical system, a quality assurance system and a special system required for cutting-edge equipment research and development. In 2021, Jiangsu Precision Casting produced the front, middle, and rear section products of the aviation gas turbine case with a diameter of more than 1,200 mm, which were successfully applied to a type of gas turbine manufactured in China.
