Gelonghui, April 9 | Huangshi Group (002329.SZ) announced that Orient Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Oriental Securities”), the shareholder holding 58,410,000 shares (6.72% of the company's total share capital), plans to reduce the total number of company shares held by no more than 26,071,479 shares through centralized bidding transactions or bulk transactions, that is, no more than 3% of the company's total share capital. Among them, the company's shares were reduced by no more than 8,690,493 shares, not more than 1% of the company's total share capital by means of centralized bidding within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of the announcement (i.e. April 16, 2024 to July 15, 2024); within 3 months after the date of disclosure of the announcement (that is, April 16, 2024 to July 15, 2024), the company's stock holdings were reduced by no more than 17,380,986 shares, or less than 2% of the company's total share capital.
