Effective April 18, 2024: Kwong Tianli has resigned as the company's independent non-executive director and is no longer the chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; and Qiu Huanfa has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director, the chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
