ALCO HOLDINGS (00328) announced that Shanghui Pak Shing Certified Public Accountants Limited has resigned as the company's auditor with effect from April 18, 2024. This is because the company and Shanghui Pak Shing were unable to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the year ended March 31, 2024.
Following the recommendation made by the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors further announced that Kaoling Certified Public Accountants Limited has been appointed as the company's new auditor with effect from April 18, 2024 to fill the temporary vacancy after the resignation of the previous Annual General Meeting of Shareholders until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
