Gelonghui, April 23, 丨 Electro-Optical Technology (002730.SZ) announced that the company signed a joint venture agreement with Zhejiang Yungu Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. (“Zhejiang Yungu”) on April 23, 2024. The company and Zhejiang Yungu funded the establishment of Zhejiang Dianguang Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. (ultimately, subject to approval by the Market Supervision Administration, referred to as the “Joint Venture”). The registered capital of the joint venture is RMB 50 million, of which the company has pledged 32.5 million yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 65%; Zhejiang Yungu has pledged 17.5 million yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 35%. Both parties contribute in monetary form, and the source of capital is their own funds.
This foreign investment establishes a joint venture with the aim of further strengthening cooperation and deepening the important driving and enabling role of artificial intelligence in digital transformation based on leveraging the superior resources of both investors and achieving win-win cooperation. Through this investment, the new company plans to establish intelligent computing centers and data centers to better provide the market with services in big data, big models, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and machine learning, server hosting, and network access. Help promote the company's intelligent coal mine system business, serve cloud computing and digital construction of coal mines, and play a positive role in the sustainable development of the company's business.
