As disclosed in the previous announcement, the Group has agreed and promised to invest in 3 more movies to be screened in 2024. Film genres include crime, drama, action and crime. The total investment costs are approximately HK$10 million, HK$19.2 million, and HK$31 million, respectively.
As disclosed in the previous announcement, the Group stated that cooperation with Emperor Films could provide the Group with the most direct means of participation. Given the success of Emperor Films within the industry, the synergy of infrastructure, and production capacity for blockbusters, the company will continue to cultivate its relationship with Emperor Films in the short term. The Group believes that Emperor Film's extensive network can provide the Group with natural potential to jointly invest in selected film projects involving other major filmmakers in Hong Kong. Therefore, in the long run, the Group aims to use links with Emperor Films and film investment opportunities to simultaneously establish its own links with other studios in Hong Kong, China, and jointly invest in their film projects.
