On April 26, Ge Longhui | Asia Securities Real Estate (00271.HK) announced that Chen Siying has resigned as the company secretary (“Company Secretary”) and is no longer acting as the company's authorized representative (“replacement authorized representative”) of the company under section 3.05 of the Stock Exchange's securities listing rules, all effective from April 26, 2024.
On the same day, it was announced that Xue Baoling has been appointed as company secretary and alternate authorized representative, all effective from April 26, 2024.
