The group achieved revenue of 52.684 million yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 25.74% over the previous year; the loss due to the company's owners was 98.529 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 25.75%; and the basic loss per share was 8.95 points.
According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was mainly due to the increase in revenue generated by the Group's hot spring resort and hotel operations, as the economy and society returned to normal after the pandemic, and the Group's hot spring resort and hotel business also experienced a recovery; and the increase in revenue generated by the Group's tourist property development business was due to the stable phase of the general real estate market environment and an increase in the number of units sold and delivered to Gudouyi Mingshuiting and Guanshanyue Mansion this year.
