Zhitong Finance App News, Heritage Education Group (08195) issued an announcement. The company has discussed potential cooperation with non-executive director Mai Mingshi and her mother, Mai He Xiaojuan (collectively known as potential partners), to develop early childhood education courses.
The company and potential partners intend to jointly organize early childhood education courses for gifted and/or children with special education needs. The company and potential partners are discussing possible cooperation methods and terms and details of the potential cooperation, which is expected to take place on or before June 30, 2024. As of the date of this publication, the relevant contracting parties have not entered into a legally binding agreement on potential cooperation.
According to the announcement, with Mak Ho Siu-juan's deep expertise in early childhood education and development, as well as McMinsey's management consulting experience, the company is strategically seeking to enter the field of early childhood education through potential cooperation with potential partners. The directors believe that potential cooperation (if implemented) provides the Group with an opportunity to expand its promising business and diversify its business operations and customer base.
