According to the Zhitong Finance App, Asia Pioneer Entertainment (08400) announced that on November 27, 2023, the tenant (the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Asia Pioneer Entertainment Co., Ltd.) and the owner (Yang Sufen, Yang Wu Yuying) entered into a renewed lease for the property. The lease period will begin on January 1, 2024 and end on December 31, 2016 (including the first and last two days). The total value of the consideration payments during the rental period was HK$3,533 million. According to IFRS 16, the property's lease was recognized as a right-of-use asset for an amount of approximately HK$3.5 million.
According to reports, the property is located on the 10th floor of Lichang Industrial Building, No. 56-66, Racecourse Seaside Avenida, Macau, China.
