According to Zhitong Finance App News, Haina Star Technology (08297) announced that Chen Lizhu, the company's executive director and CEO, was appointed as members of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; and Executive Director Zhao Zhiqiao are no longer members of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, but will still serve as the company's executive director, authorized representative, compliance officer and company secretary, effective from May 8, 2024.
Following these changes, the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee each continued to be chaired by independent non-executive director Li Jianfeng.
