The shares unrestricted are some of the shares issued by Hubei Xiangyuan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. before the initial public offering. The sales restriction period for these shares is 36 months from the date of the company's initial public offering and listing. The number of shares whose sales restrictions have been lifted is 568.35 million shares, accounting for 52.56% of the company's total share capital as of May 6, 2024.
