Zhitong Finance App News, Jiayuan Technology (688388.SH) announced that the company plans to jointly invest with the company's chairman and actual controller Liao Pingyuan to establish a Huai'an Economic Development Jiayuan Industrial Investment Fund partnership (limited partnership) (tentative name). The size of the investment fund to be set up this time is RMB 148 million, of which the company plans to pledge 90 million yuan with its own capital as a limited partner, accounting for 60.8108% of the total investment; Liao Pingyuan plans to invest 45 million yuan. Once a partnership is established, it will be included in the scope of the company's consolidated statements.
