Gelonghui, May 16, 丨 Hongxin Electronics (300657.SZ) announced that in order to jointly promote the development of AI computing power business in Qingyang City, Gansu Province, Suihong Green and Capital Online are based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, common development, and win-win cooperation, through friendly negotiations to cooperate on localized artificial intelligence computing power cooperation and jointly build a heterogeneous computing power adaptation technology platform. On May 16, 2024, Capital Online and Capital Online jointly signed the “Joint Construction of Qingyang Wanka Cluster Cooperation Agreement” on the basis of the original “Computing Power Service Agreement”. As of the date of signing this agreement, the two parties cooperated under the original agreement and this agreement for a total of 1,250 servers corresponding to computing power service resources, with a total amount of RMB 265.80 million. In this regard, the two parties signed this agreement on May 16, 2024. The signing of this agreement is a daily business act of the company. It relates to subsequent matters covered by this agreement.
