Dongsheng Smart City Service (00265) announced that the company proposed changing its English name from “ORIENT VICTORY SMART URBAN SERVICES HOLDING LIMITED” to “GANGYU SMART URBAN SERVICES HOLDING LIMITED” and adopting “Hong Kong Yu Smart City Service Holdings Co., Ltd.” as the company's Chinese name to replace its current Chinese name “Dongsheng Smart City Service Holdings Co., Ltd.”
In addition, Chang Meiqi is aware of the Board of Directors that he will retire as a non-executive director, effective from the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, and will no longer serve as a member of the Company's Audit Committee to spend more time with his family, pursue personal interests, and explore new business opportunities.
