[Backside Overview]

The backstage Nikkei Average started at 38739.65 yen, which was 180.61 yen lower than the previous day, and the decline slightly expanded from the previous closing (38782.08 yen). Nikkei 225 futures during lunchtime fit well in the 38710 yen to 38790 yen range. The dollar and yen depreciated by about 50 yen from around 9:00 a.m., and the dollar was at a high level of 1 dollar = 155.80-90 yen. As for Asian market conditions, the Shanghai Composite Index has fallen by about 0.1% due to one advance and retreat with the previous day's closing price in between, while the Hong Kong Hang Seng Index is sluggish after the morning high and is moving near the previous day's closing price.

The backstage Tokyo Market began with sales slightly ahead of the previous closing. The Nikkei Average has risen by about 740 yen with 3 days of continuous growth until yesterday, and since it is a weekend, it seems likely that sales waiting to return will come out easily. Meanwhile, the Nikkei Average fell in the foreground, but it seems that there was a sense of security that the lower price was strong, and there is no movement in a hurry to sell.

In the sector, precision instruments, other products, and real estate are at the top of the rate of decline, while banking, electricity/gas, and steel are at the top of the rate of increase.
