This equity change is a long-term investment made by Great Wall Life based on the insurance company's own allocation requirements and the company's allocation value. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Great Wall Life increased its shares to 46,761,700 shares through the secondary market, accounting for 5.0001% of the company's total share capital.
