Zhitong Finance App News, China Liansu (02128) issued an announcement. EDA issued a prospectus on the proposed spin-off and global sale on May 20, 2024.
As disclosed in the prospectus, the total number of EDA shares to be offered for sale under the global offering will be 97.625 million EDA shares (assuming that the overallotted rights have not been exercised), which is equivalent to approximately 22% of the total number of EDA shares issued immediately after the completion of the global offering, or 112 million EDA shares (assuming that the overallotted rights are fully exercised), which is equivalent to approximately 25% of the total number of EDA shares issued immediately after the completion of the global offering and the number of overallotted shares being exercised.
It is expected that the sale price of EDA shares in the global sale will be no less than HK$2.28 per EDA share and no more than HK$3.06 per EDA share (excluding 1.0% brokerage commission, 0.0027% SFC transaction levy, 0.00015% CFC transaction levy and 0.00565% Stock Exchange transaction fee).
