On May 20, Ge Longhui Group Holdings (02442.HK) announced that Deloitte and Deloitte Guan Huang Chen Fang (“Deloitte”) failed to agree on the audit fee for the financial year ending June 30, 2024, Deloitte has resigned as the company's auditor with effect from May 20, 2024.
Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Shin Young Zhonghe (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited (“Sinoyo”) as the Company's new auditor with effect from May 20, 2024 to fill the temporary vacancy after Deloitte's resignation, for a term of office until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
