Gelonghui, May 20, 丨 Guangju Energy (000096.SZ) announced that the company holds 60.00% of the holding subsidiary Shenzhen Guangju Yida Hazardous Chemicals Storage Co., Ltd. (“Guangju Yida”), and Shenzhen Hengchuan Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Hengchuan Investment”) holds 40.00% of its shares, the main platform for Guangju Yida's hazardous chemicals trading business. Hengchuan Investment does not actually participate in its daily operations.
Recently, due to its own business adjustments, Hengchuan Investment proposed to the company to sell 40.00% of its shares. In order to meet existing business operation needs, improve the efficiency of management decisions, and integrate the relevant resources of subsidiaries, the company decided to use its own capital to acquire 40.00% of the shares held by Hengchuan Investment. As a result of negotiations between the two parties, the total transaction price corresponding to the acquisition of 40.00% of the shares was not higher than RMB 16.08 million. The parties to the transaction signed the “Share Transfer Agreement” on May 17, 2024. After the transaction is completed, Guangjuyida will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
