Gelonghui, May 20, 丨 Tempus Holdings (06880.HK) announced that on May 14, 2024, the company received the following additional resumption instructions from the Stock Exchange: (8) Re-complying with Rule 13.92 of the Listing Rules. The Stock Exchange believes that the company has maintained a single-gender board of directors since Lu Yongxin's resignation on May 8, 2024. As a result, the company did not meet the requirements of section 13.92 of the listing rules. The company must remedy the issues that led to its suspension and convince the Exchange that the company has fully complied with the listing rules before it can resume trading in its securities. To this end, the company has the primary responsibility for formulating an action plan for resuming trading.
