Zhitong Finance App News, *ST Haiyue (600387.SH) announced that on May 24, 2024, the company received the China Securities Regulatory Commission's Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau (“Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau”) administrative supervision measures decision “Decision on Issuing Warning Letter Measures against Haiyue Energy Group Co., Ltd., Tongchuan Huinengxin Energy Co., Ltd., Wang Bin, and Zeng Jia”.
The 2023 annual report disclosed by the company on April 20, 2024 and the “Promptive Notice Concerning Capital Occupation Matters and Rectification Status of the Company's Controlling Shareholders and Related Parties” show that in 2023, the controlling shareholder of the company, Tongchuan Huinengxin Energy Co., Ltd. (“Huineng Xin”) and its related parties formed non-operating capital occupation with the associated party through supplier loan funds, and there was still a balance of occupied capital at the end of the 2023 period.
