As a result, Mr. Wu and Mr. Zhang will each retire as executive directors, effective after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. After his retirement, Mr. Wu will no longer serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Co-Vice Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors.
