According to Zhitong Finance App, Yonghe Intelligent Control (002795.SZ) announced that Ying Xueqing, the shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, signed a “share transfer agreement” with Yan Yanjing on May 26, 2024. Ying Xueqing plans to transfer the 24.5 million unrestricted tradable shares of Yonghe Intelligent Control shares (5.50% of the company's total shares) to Yan Yanjing at a price agreement of 4.45 yuan per share.
