According to the news, Zhonghuan New Energy announced that it has signed a cooperation framework agreement with Sunshine New Energy, affiliated with Sunshine Power. According to this, the two sides plan to develop projects of no less than 500,000 kilowatts in Huainan City and Tongcheng City; focus on joint development/competition between Huainan City and Tongcheng City around the planning and layout of the national new energy base; and jointly develop new high-efficiency photovoltaic cells and modules.
