Gelonghui, May 29丨Qijing Machinery (603677.SH) announced that in order to ensure the normal progress of the new factory construction project in Thailand, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Bosway Precision Industry (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. and Xixuan Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. increased the capital by 330 million baht according to the investment ratio of their own capital (“Qijing Industry”) (according to the exchange rate of 1:34.74 US dollar to Thai baht, equivalent to 9.5 million US dollars. The actual dollar amount is calculated based on the actual exchange rate at that time of payment). 323.4 million baht (equivalent to US$9.31 million), accounting for 98% of the total capital increase; Bosway increased its capital by 3.3 million baht (equivalent to US$95 million) with its own capital, accounting for 1% of the total capital increase; Xixuan Information increased its capital by 3.3 million baht (equivalent to US$95 million) with its own capital, accounting for 1% of the total capital increase. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of Qijing Industrial will increase from 300 million baht to 630 million baht.
