Gelonghui, May 29丨Huisi Pacific (08147.HK) announced that since May 29, 2024: (1) Mr. Wen Weilin has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Compliance Committee; (2) Ms. Zhi Jiangbo has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Compliance Committee; and (3) Following Mr. Wen's resignation and appointment of Ms. Zhi, the current number of independent non-executive directors and board committee composition are in line with GEM Rules 5.05 (1) and 5.28 of the Listing Rules and the terms of reference of the Committee.
