In the first quarter, Didi achieved total revenue of 49.1 billion yuan, an increase of 14.9% over the previous year; adjusted EBITA (non-GAAP) profit of 900 million yuan. Among them, China Travel achieved revenue of 44.5 billion yuan in the first quarter, an increase of 14.1% year on year; international business achieved revenue of 2.4 billion yuan, an increase of 43.9% year on year, and China's travel and international business continued to grow steadily.

Over the same period, the trading volume of core platforms, including Chinese travel and international business, continued to grow. The trading volume of DiDi's core platform in the first quarter was 3.75 billion, an increase of 30.3% over the previous year. Among them, the total number of travel orders in China increased 27.1% year on year to 2.95 billion orders, and the total number of international business orders increased 44% year over year to 790 million. Based on this calculation, the average number of daily orders for travel and international business in China reached 32.5 million orders and 8.7 million orders respectively, a record high.

Furthermore, according to the repurchase plan of no more than 1 billion US dollars previously disclosed by Didi, as of May 24, 2024, the company has repurchased a total of about 37.1 million ADS shares according to the plan, or about US$152.4 million. From March 1 to May 24, approximately 22.2 million ADS shares were repurchased, or approximately US$98 million, and the repurchase intensity gradually increased.
