According to the Zhitong Finance App, LHN (01730) announced that approximately 9.326,600 new shares have been allocated and issued to eligible shareholders who chose to participate in the share-based dividend plan for the 2023 fiscal year. 9.326,600 new shares include 9.103 million new shares allotted and issued to Singaporean shareholders and 223,500 new shares allotted and issued to Hong Kong shareholders.
According to the exchange rate of SGD 1 to HK$5.79 as recorded on April 12, 2024, the new shares recorded as fully paid were allotted and issued at issue prices of SGD 0.305 (for Singaporean shareholders) and HK$1.766 (for Hong Kong shareholders).
The new shares were allotted and issued on May 30, 2024 (Thursday).
After allocating and issuing new shares, the number of shares issued by the company increased from 408.9 million shares to 418.2.7 million shares (excluding zero treasury shares and zero subsidiary holdings).
