Gelonghui, May 31, 丨 Lianyang Intelligent Holdings (01561.HK) announced that on September 7, 2023, Lianyang Guorong (Beijing), an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a partnership agreement with ALAN AMC (as general partner, executive partner and fund manager) to establish a partnership (as a limited partnership).
According to the partnership agreement, the total investment amount of the partnership (that is, Wuhu Langya Lianyang-1 Investment Fund Partnership (limited partnership)) is RMB 81 million, of which Lianyang Guorong (Beijing) agreed to invest RMB 80 million as a limited partner. ALAN AMC is the general partner, managing partner, and fund manager of the partnership. The accounting of a partnership enterprise is a financial asset for which the company accrues profit and loss at fair value, and the Group will not comprehensively account the financial performance of the partnership enterprise.
