Glonghui, May 31, 丨 Haige Communications (002465.SZ) announced that based on strategic development plans and management needs, the company plans to jointly invest with Chongqing Liangjiang Aerospace Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. (“Liangjiang Aviation Investment”) in Chongqing to establish Chongqing Haige Aerospace Information Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, hereinafter referred to as “newly established subsidiary”) to increase the investment layout in the space information industry led by satellite Internet and Beidou navigation. The newly established subsidiary has a registered capital of 80 million yuan, of which the company invested 72 million yuan and held 90% of the shares in the newly established subsidiary; Liangjiang Airlines invested 8 million yuan with its own capital and held 10% of the newly established subsidiary's shares.
The new joint venture subsidiary is an important component of the company's “industry+capital” two-wheel drive strategy in the national layout, and uses this as a carrier to establish the company's southwest regional headquarters, actively expand the company's business layout in the southwest region, enhance the company's regional influence and radiance, and better open up the southwest market and the national market.
